Officers were dispatched to a suspicious vehicle. When officers made contact with the driver they smelled strong of marijuana and allegedly located 5.5 grams of cocaine in Clients pocket.

While on probation for Unlawful Restraint – Serious Bodily Injury the Client was charged with Assault – Family Member 2nd for allegedly throwing his girlfriend to the ground and striking her in the face. Clients new case was dismissed and they were allowed to continue probation.

Client was hired to fix complaining witness’s broken pipes. Complaining witness accused Client of breaking into home while in the shower and taking personal items.

Complainant accused Client of breaking back door and entering their home where argument began to get physical and Client was alleged to have put their hands around their neck causing complainant to be unable to breath for 10 seconds.

Officers stopped Client for city warrants and found 22.2 grams of cocaine in a bag just outside of Client’s car where he had stopped.
